TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Inura. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Inura mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.


1. Our Role as a Marketplace

Inura is a technology platform that connects independent beauty and wellness professionals (“Artisans”) with customers (“Clients”).

  • Artisans are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or partners of Inura

  • Inura does not provide beauty or wellness services and is not responsible for the performance, quality, or outcomes of services provided by Artisans


2. User Accounts

  • Account Creation
    You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated

  • Account Security
    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Verification (Artisans)
    Artisans must complete a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Inura reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that do not meet safety or quality standards


3. Bookings and Payments

  • Escrow System
    To protect both Clients and Artisans, Inura uses an escrow-based payment system. Funds are held securely by a payment processor and released only after service completion is confirmed or after a defined non-dispute period

  • Service Fees
    Inura charges a non-refundable service fee for facilitating transactions. All applicable fees are displayed before payment is completed


4. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Each Artisan sets their own cancellation policy, which is displayed on their profile

  • Clients who cancel outside the permitted window or fail to attend appointments may be charged according to the Artisan’s policy


5. Dispute Resolution and Mediation

If a dispute arises:

  1. Users should attempt to resolve the issue through the Platform’s messaging system

  2. If unresolved, either party may request mediation through Inura Support

  3. Inura reserves the right to investigate and make a final and binding decision regarding the release or refund of escrowed funds


6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Bypass the Platform’s payment system to avoid fees

  • Post fraudulent, misleading, offensive, or infringing content

  • Use the Platform for purposes outside its intended scope

  • Reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the Platform’s infrastructure


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inura shall not be liable for:

  • Any damages, injuries, or losses arising from services provided by Artisans

  • Interactions between users on or off the Platform

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages


8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding, and software on the Platform are the exclusive property of Inura and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.


9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
