1. Ownership of Intellectual Property
The Inura platform, including but not limited to its source code, software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and the overall “look and feel” (collectively, the “Content”), is the exclusive property of Inura Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The technical infrastructure and development of the platform were executed by Geeks Global Solutions Ltd under contract for Inura Inc.
2. Limited License
Inura Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Inura platform strictly for its intended purpose: connecting clients with vetted artisans and managing service bookings.
This license does not include:
Any resale or commercial use of the platform or its contents
Any collection and use of any artisan listings, descriptions, or prices
Any derivative use of the platform or its contents
Any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant
Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools
3. Copyright Restrictions
Except as expressly permitted by Inura Inc. in writing, you may not:
Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content obtained from the Inura platform
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Inura software or attempt to discover the source code or inner workings of the platform
Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in or on the platform
4. User-Generated Content
By posting content (including reviews, profiles, and images) on the Inura platform, you grant Inura Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to:
Use
Reproduce
Modify
Adapt
Publish
Display
such content throughout the world in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights to the content that you post.
5. Copyright Infringement Claims (DMCA)
Inura Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact our Copyright Agent:

A description of the copyrighted work
The location of the infringing material on the platform

A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate
6. Trademarks
“Inura,” the Inura logo, and other marks indicated on the platform are trademarks or registered trademarks of Inura Inc.
All other trademarks not owned by Inura Inc. that appear on the platform are the property of their respective owners.
7. Modifications
Inura Inc. reserves the right to modify this Copyright Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the platform.
Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
