Welcome to the Inura Help Center. Whether you are searching for your next trusted wellness professional or scaling your business as an artisan, we are here to ensure your experience on the platform is seamless, secure, and reliable.


1. Getting Started

For Clients

  • How do I book a service?
    Browse available categories (Hair, Barber, Wellness, etc.), select a vetted artisan, choose a time slot, and confirm your booking.

  • Is my payment secure?
    Yes. Payments are processed through a secure escrow system. Your funds are held safely and only released to the artisan after the service has been successfully completed.

  • Can I cancel a booking?
    Yes. Each artisan sets their own cancellation policy, which is displayed on their profile. Please review it carefully before confirming your booking.


For Artisans

  • How do I join Inura?
    Click “Join as Artisan”, complete your profile, and submit your KYC (Know Your Customer) documents (e.g., ID and certifications). Applications are typically reviewed within 48 hours.

  • How do I get paid?
    Once a client confirms that a service has been completed, funds are released from escrow and can be withdrawn to your linked bank account.

  • What tools are provided?
    Inura provides:

    • Automated scheduling

    • Business analytics

    • Secure in-app messaging

    • Dispute resolution support


2. Trust & Safety

Artisan Verification (KYC)

Every artisan on Inura undergoes a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This includes validating government-issued identification, professional certifications, and proof of work to maintain high standards across the platform.


Dispute Resolution

If an issue arises during or after a service:

  1. Attempt to resolve the issue directly with the artisan/client via Inura Chat

  2. If unresolved, select “Report an Issue” within your booking details

  3. Our Support Team will review the case and mediate a resolution, which may include partial or full refunds from escrow where appropriate


3. Account & Technical Support

Account Recovery

  • Forgot Password?
    Select “Forgot Password” on the login screen to receive a password reset link via your registered email.

  • Updating Your Profile
    You can update your personal details, contact information, and profile images in the Settings section of the app.


App Issues

If you experience technical issues:

  1. Ensure you are using the latest version of the app from the App Store or Google Play

  2. Restart your device or clear the app cache

  3. If the issue persists, contact support with:

    • A screenshot of the issue

    • Your device model and OS version
