2. Guide for Clients (Customers)

A. Finding the Right Artisan

1. Browse Categories
   Explore categories such as Hair, Barbering, Wellness, and more

2. Use Filters
   Narrow results by location, ratings, and pricing

3. View Profiles
   Review portfolios, certifications, ratings, and service offerings before making a decision

B. Booking a Service

1. Select a Service
   Choose the specific service you need

2. Pick a Time Slot
   Select a convenient date and time

3. Confirm Details
   Review the artisan’s cancellation policy before proceeding

C. Payments & Escrow

To ensure security for both parties, Inura uses an escrow-based system:

1. Make Payment
   Payment is made upfront via a secure payment provider

2. Funds Are Held Securely
   Your payment is held in escrow and not immediately released

3. Confirm Completion
   Once the service is completed, you confirm in the app, and funds are released to the artisan

3. Guide for Artisans (Professionals)

A. Onboarding Process

To maintain quality and trust, all artisans must complete verification:

1. Create Your Profile
   Add business details, upload portfolio images, and list services

2. KYC Verification
   Submit a government-issued ID and relevant certifications

3. Approval Process
   Once verified, your profile becomes visible to clients
